So, if you know me well at all, you know that I get lots of sleep. It might be my favorite thing to do, besides eat of course. I get teased for it all the time, but the truth is that sleep is good for you! Everyone needs between 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night. It will actually keep you looking youthful since your body releases growth hormones as you sleep. In turn, this helps your body to produce collagen which gives skin strength and elasticity. Lack of sleep causes your skin to look dull, which none of us want! Check out this article for beauty products to try while you are sleeping.
