Considering dessert is my favorite part of any meal, its no surprise that I will be making multiple desserts for Christmas lunch! The perfect combination of creamy and crunchy, these truffles are amazingly delicious and simple of course!
2- 12 oz. packages of white chocolate morsels
2-8 oz. packages of cream cheese
2 packages of Oreos (I used the Holiday ones)
Crush Oreos (save 5-6 Oreos for topping) and mix into softened cream cheese. Mixture should be very dark. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper. Melt chocolate chips in a bowl. Dip balls into chocolate and place back on wax paper. Sprinkle topping onto the balls before chocolate hardens. Refrigerate for an hour and serve!
